In this episode, I discuss how to quickly find who your target customers are so you can really find your niche market. This is a simple exercise that isn’t as intensive as others, but it’s quick and dirty and gets you started somewhere. There are plenty of other ways, as I mentioned, but I think this is a great exercise for young entrepreneurs still trying to validate if their idea is worthwhile.
Essentially it involves asking approximately 14 questions that get you thinking about who your clients will be, and really set us up for future exercises that dive deeper into the research and understanding of the customer, fixing their issues, providing a superior solution, and really branding yourself for success.
